Our Grade II listed mansion, Keele Hall, and the Denise Coates Foundation Building are available for day meetings year round. During the University’s Easter and summer vacation periods, we also have numerous other venues across the university campus, where we can cater for 2-600 delegates. So, the possibilities are endless.

Year round meetings at Keele Hall 

A majestic and impressive backdrop for meetings and conferences, Keele Hall offers the wow factor to your delegates. Located on the first floor are rooms that offer original ornate features with capacities ranging from 16 to 115. These rooms also offer beautiful views of the Italian gardens or rolling lawn to the lake.

Keele Hall facilities include:

• Salvin Room can accommodate 115 theatre style
• Beautiful gardens to enjoy during refreshment and lunch breaks
• Standard AV equipment included in each package
• 3 standards of catering available to suit every budget
• Free Wi-Fi throughout Keele Hall

Vacation meetings on Campus

Keele University’s campus provides a large range of impressive meeting spaces for all types of events. Take advantage of our campus learning environment and immerse your delegates in a space that allows them to focus and innovate. Our campus spaces are available during the months of April, June through to September and on weekends.

Campus facilities include

• 9 fixed lecture theatres able to seat 30 to 400 delegates
• 37 seminar rooms able to seat 8 to 100 delegates
• 650 square metre Chancellor’s Open Space, Registration Foyer and Chancellor’s Lounge
• Sports Centre with over 1000 square metres of flexible hall space and meeting rooms
• A 260-seat restaurant, café bar and shop also complement these facilities
• Free Wi-Fi available throughout the campus
